    We help our clients set up their accounts which include corporate registration, employee and dependents registration, service provider selection and setting up health plans. The corporate can then top up its wallet. Employees can search for services and book an appointment.

The corporate administrators are able to top-up funds directly from the platform and the transaction will be visible on the statement if successful. Every invoice generated as a result of an employee booking and receiving a service will be included in the statement and the balance calculated.

  • Are there limits set that determine how much an employee spends?

    Yes, this is at the corporate’s discretion. The corporate administrators are able to set up limits for all beneficiaries of the corporate wallet to limit their spending.

  • How do I ensure that only the corporate beneficiaries access the corporate wallet?

    During the initial setup, all the employees and dependents are registered by the corporate administrator. Only people registered under the corporate will be able to access the corporate wallet.
